Our most basic product is lamb – either whole or half a lamb. They usually come cut up with bones, but it is also possible to have the carcass cut up with the bones separated from the meat (e.g. for making minced meat). However, the bones will, in any case, be included in the order; they are perfect for cooking broth.
Whole Lamb:
- The meat comes butchered according to your wishes, ready to be frozen. Vacuum packing is also available on request.
- Includes approximately 20 kg of meat: A whole leg or boneless leg roast, lamb saddle (center cut lamb steak, whole or trimmed rack), lamb shoulder (whole or cut up in steaks), bone-in meat cubes for stews and soups (shoulder blade, neck or side), and entrails (liver, heart, kidneys).
Half a Lamb:
- Includes approximately 10 kg of meat: A whole leg or boneless leg roast, half a saddle of lamb (center cut lamb steak or whole), lamb shoulder (whole or cut up into steaks), and bone-in meat cubes for stews and soups (shoulder blade, neck or side).
Our Lamb Cuts:
Leg of Lamb:
- Festive food at its best! The leg comes beautifully cut, with bones and shank. Cook the meat in the oven at low heat.
- Includes approx. 3.0-3.5 kg of meat.
- Also available cut up in leg roast, including 0.6-1.0 kg of meat.
- The leg can also be ordered deboned, including 2-2.5 kg of meat.
Center Cut Lamb Steak or Rack:
- Delicious and impressive lamb delicacy; perfect for grilling. The center cut steak comes in packages of 4-6 pcs. which include approx. 1.0-1.5 kg of meat each.
- Boneless sirloin steaks (approx. 2×600 g/package) or tenderloin steaks (approx. 300 g/package) are also available.
- The rack comes either whole or cut up into steaks, including approximately 600-800 g of meat per package
Lamb Shank:
- Prepare the most delicious lamb by cooking the meat slowly at low temperature in a masonry oven. Try adding in some root vegetables, and season with a bay leaf. The package includes 4 pcs. and approximately 1.4 kg of meat.
Cubed Soup and Stew Meat:
- A lamb and cabbage stew crowns the harvesting season; our bone-in soup meat will give your broth a delicious flavor. The stew meat, in turn, is perfect for effortless everyday cooking.
- Includes approx. 1 kg of meat.
Lamb Ribs:
- An unbeatable choice for grilling, everyday snacking and parties.
- Includes approx. 1.0-1.5 kg of meat.
Lamb Minced Meat:
- An ingredient that is fine and rich in flavor; perfect for effortless cooking – be it a simple cabbage casserole or exotically flavored meatballs.
- Fat content is approx. 12%.
- Includes approx. 0.5-1.0 kg of meat.
Meaty Bones for Broth:
- You will get the most delicious soups and sauces by making a broth using our meaty bones. The meat is also most delicious right next to the bone; it is easy to separate from the bones after cooking. It takes a little bit of effort, but gives your dishes an abundance of flavor!
- Includes approx. 1-2 kg of meat.
Lamb Entrails:
- The absolute choice for all lovers of gourmet cuisine.
- You can choose between liver, kidneys and heart:
- Liver, approx. 0.6 kg/package
- Kidneys, approx. 0.5 kg/package
- Heart, 5 pcs. /package.
Processed Meat:
Sirola Farm Sausage:
- A delicious-all meat sausage for grilling, seasoned with garlic and herbs.
- Contains 70% lamb meat and 30% pork.
- Gluten and lactose-free.
- Excellent choice both for summer grill and for grilling in the fireplace during cold Finnish winters.
- You can choose from a package of 4 pcs. (approx. 380 g) or 8 pcs. (approx. 760 g).
Sirola Farm Deli Meat:
- Our all meat deli meat is heavily seasoned with garlic. Perfectboth for sandwiches and cooking.
- The main ingredient is lamb – with a touch of pork.

- Delicious canned meat made of lamb.
- The meat will keep unopened at room temperature, which makes it a perfect snack for summer cottage or trips.
